This policy explains what information BITOMANCY (bitomancy.in) collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Your files stay on your device

The PDF, image and text tools on our Tools page run entirely in your browser. Files you select are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.

Information we collect

We do not require accounts and do not ask for personal information to read articles or use tools. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and local storage

We store one preference (light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage. Third parties described below may set cookies.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may show ads served by Google. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn more in Google's advertising policy.

Purchases

Our software is sold through Gumroad. Payment details are entered on Gumroad and are handled by Gumroad and its payment processors under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

Some pages link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you (for example, an email you sent us) and ask us to correct or delete it by writing to hello@bitomancy.in.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
